Alltech Inspection Services, LLC, is a full service inspection company. We have been in business in Southwestern Pennsylvania for almost 20 years.

Our inspection team, led by Thomas Scheidler, a graduate of Penn State School of Engineering, with degrees in both structural and mechanical engineering, as well as physics, perform the most comprehensive and technically exhaustive inspections available. We do not use "canned" inspection formats or reporting. Our inspection process and inspection reports have been developed in-house over a period of 20 years, to provide our cients with the highest quality, detail, and accuracy available.

Our company is a full service inspection company, with full-time inspectors. We perform both pre-listing and pre-sale home inspections, buyer side home inspections, structural evaluations, multi-unit inspections, commercial inspections, and environmental inspections. All of our inspections come with a full written report, No Check Lists!

In addition to full written reports, our clients also receive a private web site that they have access to for 30 days after the home inspection. This web site has available all the pictures taken by the inspector at the time the home inspection was performed. Typically we take approximately 70 pictures during the home inspection. Also at the client web site is a response form that allows our clients to email us with any questions they may have regarding their inspection. Of course, we always wecome your calls, as well!

Our environmental inspection conform to the standards set by PA DEP and the EPA, where guidelines and licensing have been provided and/or is required. We are affiliated with nationally accredited laboratories to give you the best possible analysis for your environmental concerns. Our environmental inspection reports are easy to read and easy to understand.
