What if we find something wrong with your house?

We want you to know that you can trust our findings. If there is a problem, say the roof is bad, no one from Alltech will come back and "cut you a deal" to replace the roof - or anything else for that matter. We pride ourselves on being honest, professional AND impartial.

At Alltech we inspect houses. We do not fix, replace, mitigate, remediate, treat or in any way compromise the results we give you in your report. We are NOT affiliated with any companies that fix, replace, mitigate, remediate, treat, or anything else.

Additionally, it is quite possible that you heard of us first through your real estate agent. We are very VERY proud of the fact that many agents trust our judgement and provide our name on their list of home inspectors. This does not, however, in any way constitute a financial relationship with any agent or agency. Most reputable agents are working to provide their buyers and sellers with a successful buying/selling experience and feel that Alltech Inspection Services has the experience and the expertice to benefit their clients. We take very seriously that trust, but do not have any financial affiliation with any Agency or Agent. We haven't paid your agent or their agency, or entered into any contracts with your agent and/or agency, to promote us or provide our information to you.

There are times that our clients will ask us about contractors they might contact to perform repairs and we may give them some names. The names we give are strictly names that we have come to know over the last 25 years as being reputable. We do not receive any referral fees or gratituties from any companies.

Simply put, YOU are our only client. We want to earn your trust - period.
